Spring Cobb Pasta Salad

I'm Back!!! From where, I don't know. La la land maybe? Super busy, only want to veg out at night land, read a book and go to bed land? Anybody else been there before?? Well thankfully someone/something kicked my butt into high gear and right out of la la land. So I'm back. Maybe not full force right away as life's been kind of crazy lately, but I'm surely going to start blogging at least once week again. This way I don't lose touch with one of my favorite hobbies, cooking and sharing it with all of you!

I'm sooo excited that spring is finally here in full swing, although the 3 weeks of non-stop rain has been pretty depressing. Positives are that the flowers are growing like mad, but so is the grass. My husband had to cut it twice this weekend! Twice in 4 days!! Unreal. But while he was out working in the yard (and looking pretty delicious if I might say so myself) I was baking and cooking up something delicious myself. It is the first time in weeks that I've actually enjoyed working in the kitchen. I made a delicious Spring Cobb Pasta Salad, a fresh take on the traditional pasta salad. Mixing in the basics of a cobb salad and replacing the lettuce with pasta. It's an easy delicious side to any backyard bbq.
